We believe there is a chance that the game itself is malfunctioning. Please be aware
that we are not able to offer support in the event that the game itself has sustained damage while under use.

We are very sorry, but customer support will not individual responses on how to clear content in our games. Furthermore, depending on the content involved we may be unable to respond to other types of questions as well. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.
■I want to know about ______ before the game’s release.
We cannot answer questions on our title before its release. Information will be released on news websites, magazines, and also on our website, so we would ask you to look out for that instead.
■We want to broadcast a gameplay video, what should we do?
