[New Graduate]You are assigned a class based on your technical skill and have periodic opportunities to make advancements in your standing and salary.【1】Junior: Monthly salary of minimum 231,000 yen *Your salary may be higher in accordance with your technical skills. *Breakdown of salary calculations: Base wage of 160,000 yen, Class Allowance of 45,000 yen, Fixed Overtime Allowance of 25,000 yen, and Technical Skill Allowance of minimum 1,000 yen. *Your salary includes 15 hours of fixed overtime pay. *You are not allowed to work beyond the allotted overtime hours. *Salaries for all Juniors for the period from when they first join the company until their first evaluation will be 231,000 yen across the board. Salary increases will be determined during year-end evaluations (end of January) based on ability and performance. There is also the opportunity to be promoted to Intermediate class following the mid-year evaluations (end of July) and year-end evaluations (end of January). *If you are still a student and plan to start working before graduation, you will be paid an hourly rate until graduation (we will convert the prescribed monthly salary into an hourly wage). Juniors will start with a three-month training period. | Benefits |
Workers who belong to a Japanese organization or company are required join the official health insurance system. After joining, the fees for healthcare are reduced (An individual only need pay 30% of the total fee) in the case of injury or illness, and a lump sum will be paid for childbirth and childcare. The fee for the insurance will be deducted from your salary each month. |
