[Notes]
・Employee placements will be determined through consultation.
・New employees for Tokyo and Osaka studios will undergo a training period of 2-4 weeks following their starting date. The training sessions will take place at the Fukuoka Main Office.
 - The company will cover transportation and accommodation costs incurred during the training period.
Working hours 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (including 90 minutes of breaktime composed of a morning, lunch, and afternoon break).
If you have finished your tasks for the day, you are free to leave the office after 6:00 p.m. Clocking out between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. will count as having worked until 6:30 p.m.
Salary

[New Graduate]

You are assigned a class based on your technical skill and have periodic opportunities to make advancements in your standing and salary.

【1】Junior: Monthly salary of minimum 231,000 yen *Your salary may be higher in accordance with your technical skills.
*Breakdown of salary calculations: Base wage of 160,000 yen, Class Allowance of 45,000 yen, Fixed Overtime Allowance of 25,000 yen, and Technical Skill Allowance of minimum 1,000 yen.
*Your salary includes 15 hours of fixed overtime pay.
*You are not allowed to work beyond the allotted overtime hours.
*Salaries for all Juniors for the period from when they first join the company until their first evaluation will be 231,000 yen across the board. Salary increases will be determined during year-end evaluations (end of January) based on ability and performance. There is also the opportunity to be promoted to Intermediate class following the mid-year evaluations (end of July) and year-end evaluations (end of January).
*If you are still a student and plan to start working before graduation, you will be paid an hourly rate until graduation (we will convert the prescribed monthly salary into an hourly wage).
Juniors will start with a three-month training period. Juniors should aim to become a full-fledged/Intermediate employee within one to three years of joining the company while working under the guidance of senior staff.
【2】Intermediate: Monthly salary of minimum 271,000 yen *Your salary may be higher in accordance with your technical skills.
*Breakdown of salary calculations: Base wage of 160,000 yen, Class Allowance of 55,000 yen, Fixed Overtime Allowance of 55,000 yen, and Technical Skill Allowance of minimum 1,000 yen.
*Your salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay.
*Extra overtime pay will be issued for overtime that exceeds the allotted hours.
*Intermediate class staff should be able to handle their work independently and with sufficient proficiency.

[Mid-career]

Monthly Salary: There are 2 levels to the salary structure based on performance reviews.
Depending on your experience and skill, we will decide which level you will start from.

This is mainly for those who are new graduates, those who have no experience in the industry, and/or those whose experience and skill need further improvement.
*This will be a training period during which you will work under the guidance of senior staff.
*If you start as a Junior, the goal should be to become an Intermediate within one to three years (to be assessed during biannual performance reviews).
【2】Intermediate: Monthly salary of minimum 271,000 yen *Your salary may be higher in accordance with your technical skills.
*Breakdown of salary calculations: Base wage of 160,000 yen, Class Allowance of 55,000 yen, Fixed Overtime Allowance of 55,000 yen, Technical Skill Allowance of minimum 1,000 yen.
*Your salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay.
*Extra overtime pay will be issued for overtime that exceeds the allotted hours.
The ideal candidate has experience in the industry and can handle tasks effectively and independently.

[Regarding the healthcare insurance system in Japan]
Workers who belong to a Japanese organization or company are required join the official health insurance system. After joining, the fees for healthcare are reduced (An individual only need pay 30% of the total fee) in the case of injury or illness, and a lump sum will be paid for childbirth and childcare. The fee for the insurance will be deducted from your salary each month.
